Here it is Friends :) Enjoy your weekend!
Quotations
Quotes are what I live by. There isn’t anytime where I don’t reference a quote if I’m in a bad mood or what not. There great reminders that its okay, with what might be going on. There shouldn’t be any fear. One of my favorites is:
“I smile because its worth it”
There simple phrases that are easy to remember. So if you ever in doubt, you just have to think of a quote and then go with it. I come up with quotes in my head a lot actually. Long car drives definitely help with that. Or if something is bother me that is on my mind.
Life shouldn’t be a difficult task, and you shouldn’t get stressed out, I think this is where referencing to quotes comes in very nicely. Living with them and exchanging them with others is worthwhile and you both smiling in the end.

Me, myself and I
I find myself hanging around with, well just myself I guess. I don’t mind it at all actually. Lots of thoughts, and ideas cross my head during this time. I love hanging out with my friends. But sometimes its always nice to just have “You” time.
Moving out 6 months ago was a great decision of mine. Having my own space and responsibilities go along with that too. I don’t mind it at all though its a new way of life for myself, honestly its that I’m having the time of my life. Living independently opens up many doors and decisions for yourself, which I think is awesome. You have many opportunities to explore the undiscovered.
Surrounding myself in my bedroom with music, posters, and everything I like makes me very content. Its my safe spot. No one can interfere if I don’t deem them welcome at the time. All in all its a healthy way of living, getting to know yourself better.

Trustworthiness
Its hard to trust people these days. Many things can be factored out though. Exes, Employees, parents and most of all general people.
When you’ve been lied to thats what seems to have loss in my trust. I find it hard to get closer to people and hesitate to be myself sometimes, this only being lately. I use to trust people a lot and I normally let myself go and don’t mind speaking whats on my mind. The way I think about it is someone else has/is also been in a similar situation as you. Were not alone on this Earth (obviously).
Trusting strangers is kind difficult too. I got my iPod stolen this last semester in school and now I know just to watch everything you have on you and keep an eye out for it. Regardless I still enjoy having a conversation with someone random. Even if its in the checkout line at the grocery store at least they’ll enjoy a nice “I’m doing great!” and sometimes you get a few smiles out of them, other cases not.
What it comes down to is I like to please people in a respectful way. Not please them in a sense that its taken very generously, where I’m handing out every which thing. I like to make people feel happy and welcome, and sometimes I feel like a few people are just being two-faced. It sucks to feel that way, but thats just my emotion. I hoping someday this whole thing will go away, and it will! I have a new crew of people that I just met and I’m getting along with them very nicely! Exciting things to come! As always ~

Music festival experience
This past weekend I had an awesome experience at my first ever indoor music festival of EDM! I was with my rage crew family, Triforce Rage Crew and we all stayed in a hotel for the whole weekend. It was amazing and I wrote a really through excerpt on it. :) Enjoy!
Well first off this was my first rave music festival, I didn’t think of anything more than “wow, I’m not going to get sleep at all” Which to say the least It didn’t matter to too much, because I always have this quote in my head, “you can sleep when your dead”.
I made a lonely two and a half hour (which should of been just an hour drive through the treacherous snow we had got on Friday. making for endless looping of songs on the only EDM cd that was in my car at the time. I got to Olympia Resort at around 5:45 and was greeted happily by our Mama Bear,Sara Gardner, I brought most of the shit I had in my car up to her room (Pink Room) which was particularly convenient that it was right close to an exit door so it would be semi easy for people to sneak in, but probably not effective past 11pm. when I arrived up in room 231, which I should say that room and mine (316) are still vaguely written in pen on my palm. walking into that room a great portion of people were there. Dubbypoo Basswubs,Socrates Panda Hat McGee (Nate England), and others. Everyone was preparing/getting ready and music was bumping ♥.
As soon as everyone was prepared for the epic night 1 to begin we had to make sure at least everyone but a couple had a fishy wristband. Most of us from that room including myself made our way down to the main lobby where it branched off into a hallway of amazing laser’s provided by Patrick Allen Daniel Murphy, I’m sure for some people’s faces were already melted just walking through that hallway, right?! haha. the small group I was with made it down the hall. The first room on the right after walking through that laser maze was the room with trees! My gosh was that room awesome! people were endlessly lost when they were entrapped in there. the visuals in that room were crazy too! And to think that I thought that was the main stage?!! When we got to the main stage, the room was huge! there were boom bars spreading like a V down the center of the dance floor connected with the biggest show lights I’ve ever seen. I was truly amazed on how well it was put together.
After checking out all the rooms, we made our way back to 231 where I picked up most of my stuff and headed to my room where I had met Sye Lyfor the first time. Man, you are one awesome guy, and amazing glowstringer. I believe I was fortunate enough to meet you and in fact room with you too. your friend Max was one intellectual guys ever too, and he had one badass tobacco pipe. After everyone was mostly situated in that room we made ourselves welcome down to the dance floor where everyone was met up with each other for at least a few minutes :P Paper Diamond was a great headliner, He’s the only DJ I’ve seen where he basically uses his iPad as the controller.
Some point during the night our room (Green room) made it back to 316 and some ended up passing out, but Ben Peardon, An Ngo Thi Phan, Max, and I stayed up looking up trippy videos on mine and Ben’s computer. So funny haha, Max had a whole entire list of trippy videos, gosh those were nuts!! I stumbled my way to the air mattress that was conveniently placed in front of the door, where everyone kept having to step on in order to make it to the bathroom or the door, ridiculousness! :P It was all good, cause I surprisingly never woke up, but was told when I did.
So into the 2nd day I scrambled to make what I thought were the best pancakes I’ve had in awhile. Making crazy combinations of reeses pieces, and M&M pancakes! Amazing! After that deliciousness Gabe Tileff, Nick Kandi Man Ostberg and Nicki Tails made it out to the hill for some shredding and Rail Jam fun. I proud to say I got a lot closer to you, Gabe and Nick and learned a little more about yourselves. Nicki, we’ll have to get around to that in the near future! :) Bass was still going on the hill, so it made for not one moment where I didn’t hear music the whole weekend. It was a beautiful day out until the sun passed through the clouds, which then we made it back to the hotel to prepare for Night 2 to begin. @Avi Sengupta had WAP spiced up again which I kept loosing my cup too. But a huge thanks to providing that! making it down to Marcus’s set was our first objective for the night. We made it back to our room where him, Avi, Sammie Victoria and I were getting WAP by the cupful. We then planned to have an After Party in our room, so Sammie and I made sure we had everything up to Par for the after bar ;).
When that was settled we made it down to the music rooms and danced out asses off to some dirty dubstep in the main stage room. I found out when it was around 3AM that my legs just couldn’t have anymore.. if many of you didn’t notice I don’t think there was one time, in the right setting, and if there was music playing I did not stop dancing! making pancakes = dancing, rail jam = dancing (in ski boots!), eating walking tacos = DANCING! But anyway my body was totally shot! I’ve never had that type of experience.
So as soon I got back to 316, I was heckled that your only allowed in if you have your pants off! NO Pants Party! Which we will have to do again! But when the struggle for taking pants off came I then wobbled in bed with Gabe for the time being, who then switched spots with @Clare Braun. Her and I pondered for a little while on how exhausted we were. I then got up “pretzel style” and tried to work with Marcus’s orbit strings. Failing was the best I could do at the time :P. I just remember I was laying in bed and Marcus either kept me awake by yelling or he just fed me sips of his cup which was essenciallly a Kool Aid container hah. I then remember closing my eyes, and opening them up to Marcus Laying face first in between Clare and I. Funniest thing ever. I mean if we did end up spooning I wouldn’t care, that just makes us that much closer! haha. waking up was hilarious hah. but I really appreciate everyone that got everyones stuff together so that we could make it out before 11am.
Okay well conclusion here we go!
If I said I had an okay time/experience this past weekend I would be lying with no doubt in my mind. I don’t think I could of spent it with a more willing crew of people than you all. We all do this for the love of music, and thats what keeps me, and I’m positive for you all here, and going to all these events. Of course its the people and the family part as well. Were constantly keeping an eye for each other and making sure everyone is safe and kept in well condition. We put a toll on our bodies but we look back and say “WOW that was a kickass time, and I wouldn’t of missed that for the world” Thats what I think is so great. Even though this crew has only lasted for less than a month (January 4th start date ;)) I can say I love each and everyone of you very much the same :) and I look forward to seeing everyone of you at every event, which for a few of us is almost every weekend. I’m having the time of my life and I couldn’t be happier spending it with you all. Experimenting, Experiencing, and Smiling are what I love, and I feel that way indefinitely with you group of people. SO once Again I love you all and I hope you had as much fun as I did this weekend :) cannot wait to see you all again very soon!
Love,

This whole Winter thing..
Alright Wisconsin weather, whats the dealio, is it going to snow or what? I mean yeah I noticed we have gotten like a centimeter of snow one night, that of course disappeared by the next afternoon. Yes I understand that Winter Solstice occurred today, so it is the first day of Winter but why can’t we be just like out west where their getting dumped with snow.
Ski hills are barely open, and I haven’t yet made a trip out to a hill because it doesn’t even seem worth the money. Plus I don’t prefer man-maid snow over natural, as we can all vouch for. Plus not having snow on Christmas doesn’t make it magical!
Though not getting snow is the worst thing ever. I just finished off my first semester of College and now Have a month of break! Can you say “Yes Please!” So you can imagine I’ll be enjoying that with late nights and fun with friends.
I’m figuring it ought to snow soon enough to have accumulation. I’m sure if we don’t get snow the rest of this month, that were just going to get dumped on during the months of January and February. You never know what to expect though living in this Midwest climate. The weather is constantly changing, which isn’t fun!
Merry Christmas!

“You can sleep when your dead”
Craziness but true right? I was brought upon this quote from a lovely friend of mine, and she had always told me this. It pops in my head every once in a while and its a funny thought. Clearly we need sleep for our bodies in order to rejuvenate. For us teens we just don’t want that, (particularly on the weekends). Everything is coming and going like light speed and we can’t help but to get distracted by that one more nonessential objective.
Weekends are the party side. In fact this past weekend I was pulling all nighters both Friday and Saturday, pretty hardcore I’d say. Saturday was nuts since I was up north and it started snowing on our drive up. Hotels, Bars, and Farm houses, along with loud Electro music was appropriate. For sure the main thing was we were all safe.
Along with staying up late on the weekends, weekdays seem to grasp me as well. Facebook is the big distractor after coming home from a heavy work night. I find staying up later on the weekdays kind of solitary. For the most part everyone is asleep and all the attention is kind of on you in some sense. Its kind of a physiological thing. However staying up late on the weekdays causes me to be late for class the next day.
I probably should be getting more sleep. Averagely I get like 6 hours of sleep. Which I do believe is the Average Adult’s sleep pattern. But doing that would contra-vert the entitlement of this post.

How did it get so late so soon? Its night before its afternoon. December is here before its June. My goodness how the time has flewn. How did it get so late so soon?

Relationships
Now when you first read the title were you thinking of relationships between people? Nope, nope thats not what I’m getting at. What I mean is everything is related to one another. Its crazy and may seem complex to think about but its so very true!
For example I’m taking this Astronomy course and everything seemed unrevealing at first. I never could grasp my mind around what space and astronomy was really about, it honestly made my head hurt. The true basis is Relationships. We use different analogies to figure out things and it gives us clues on what lies elsewhere. Its crazy to think about right?
To better explain it (not lecture) we has human beings use relevance with a lot of things. For people that don’t quite understand what were getting about we use this relevance to give them another clue on what were trying to say or show. Basically what your reading right now is showing you my relevance to the topic I’m trying to get at.
Somewhat of an Interesting and different thing that was on my mind for this week. Hopefully you know what I’m trying to murmur!

Reppin’ my state
I grew up in Wisconsin where we have Friday night fish fry’s, the nations largest music festival (Summerfest), Harley Davidson, we are America’s Dairyland, the nations largest water park (Noah’s Ark), Laura… Ingalls Wilder and the Ringling Brothers, House on the Rock, and 14,000 Lakes. And then lets not forget the Great Beer, The Green Bay Packers and Cheese. I grew up in Wisconsin where you can Fish, Hunt, water ski, and snowmobile sometimes all in one week! We have big trucks and big dreams, a bubbler is something you drink from and a water fountain is something you throw a penny in and make a wish. Gotta love a summer night tailgating at the Brewer game, or driving up to camp randall to watch the bagers whoop some ass. Wisconsin! > Any other state
I found this quote while pondering through the Facebook newsfeed, where everyone basically puts their bullshit. I found this very particular though, and to think of what Wisconsin, the state I grew up in, really truly is. Looking at the big picture its awesome to think of what your State makes up of you and the people around you. Yeah, for sure people go hunting, water ski, and snowmobile. Thats just what we do, and thats why we call it Wisconsin!
Happy Thanksgiving Wisconsin!

Its here already?!
Crazy to think that the season is pretty much two weeks away for most mountains here in Wisconsin, including: Nordic Mountain, Sunburst, Cascade, Tyrol Basin. I swear it seemed like a few weeks ago we were back in september with the immense warmth we had. Its great to have my favorite season soon approaching.
Now that its cold, I refer to this as hoodie weather. Rocking a hoodie on a daily basis is only a regular of mine, along with a beanie or other winter hat(s). Taking to the cold is something I don’t totally admire but it brings something that I love and enjoy which is SNOW. Skiing is where it all goes down during the frozen season.
Pretty mellow plans for they year as far as I know. Hopefully if I can find my flip camera in one of the numerous houses I’ve lived in this past summer I’ll be doing weekly video updates, as well as posts like this. I plan to take a trip up to Rib Mountain and shred Granite Peak with some friends which should probably be the highlight of the season. I’ll most likely be hitting the features on the weekends due to work every night (M-F). I had high expectations for attending the annual UWM Ski and Snowboard Club trip. but I couldn’t pull the money out this year, well and didn’t meet the deadline. Would of been a fun time, but something I won’t regret.
Upon the coming season I’ve got close to all my gear in check. I’m looking towards a successful season meeting new people, learning new tricks, and hopefully filming! Have it be as spontaneous as any other season in the past. One thing for sure is having fun and being adventurous won’t leave the picture.
